For sentient beings to become enlightened--to whatever degree that may involve salvation, conscience, justice, equality, equity, meritocracy, liberty, and anything else of extraordinary worth to beings and their abilities to help others--is essential to their long-term well-being.
Political parties must reasonably honor people, human rights, liberty, opportunity, and other portions of reality or else face the likelihood of extinction, to be replaced by better political parties.
This work is a mixture of several things: 1) an exploration of factors affecting the life cycles of organizations; 2) a memoir of intense interactions in which different political views fueled conflicts, teamwork sometimes made things improve, and new developments surprised people; and 3) a set of facts and analysis potentially helpful to tweaking perceptions of how social psychology happens. Descriptions of paradigms and alternative paradigms with which to shed insight into the lives and deaths of organizations occur repeatedly. Parallels between a wide variety of people, places, things, and ideologies and their relevance to the survival prospects of any given political party abound. This may serve to allow parties improved chances of finding their way to paths of better serving their constituencies.
