This is the story of a little Princess named Georgie who lives in a big castle and loves to play in the huge garden where she plays jokes on Tom the gardener with her two nieces, Athena and Phoebe. Along with her two very special friends, which are her German shepherd dog named Max, and her black and white cat named Twitch. You will find out how these two are special later on in the story.

Princess Georgie also discovers that she has some friendly, but somewhat mischievous little elves living at the bottom of her garden who like to play "practical jokes" on people. Plus the three little princesses get invited to an elf party where they meet an Irish Leprechaun.
