Today I saw an angel on a white horse coming toward me from the West. He was bright white like light and the horse too. As he approached, I saw that he was all covered in armor, and the horse had armor on it too. The armor was very bright, like polished silver. The brilliance of it all was blinding. The helmet of the angel had a rather small slit for him to see out of, and he carried a large, two-handed sword in a scabbard. A voice said that he was named the "Winds of Change." The Voice continued... "The Winds of Change never loses. He is even more powerful than he appears. He always accomplishes what he is sent to do. I, the LORD, empower him."
