The full physical characterization of time and of its properties, and of the physical sense of its relativity that is the basis for the novel mathematical relativity theory. Being free of Einstein's a priori accepted assumptions that are physically inacceptable, the new time and spatial coordinate, speed and velocity, acceleration, mass, force and energy transformations are essentially different in the general and in the special case from Lorentz' and from those induced by them.
