US Marshal Jack Dillon, assigned to An Garda Siochana Special Branch, and his partner DI Paddy Suel are investigating a series of bank robberies in Dublin. While it appears the two robbers seem to know what they're doing, it makes absolutely no sense that they're passing a note to a bank teller and leaving with a small amount of cash. Dillon does some serious investigating, and things still don't seem to add up. Or do they? When hostages are taken at the Central Bank of Ireland, the Garda surround the bank, and there's no way the robbers can escape. That's when things get really crazy!
