In the summer of 2022, a group of thirteen poets and artists from across the globe-Australia, Germany, Norway, Malaysia, and the United States-came together in Italy, united by one mission: to capture the beauty of their surroundings and experiences through the lenses of art and poetry. Led by R. Clift, an artist and poet herself, this eclectic group formed an instant bond, becoming what they now call "The Sunflower Poets." What began as a group of strangers quickly transformed into a close-knit community, bound by a shared sense of wonder, creativity, and vulnerability.
