The Leadership U. program provides grade-appropriate preparation scaffolded through four curriculum manuals, each tailored to a specific stage of learning, and includes a supplement to guide high school students through the college application process.

The Leadership Program's High School Supplement: Your Passport to College: Practical Support for the College Application Process, this supplement uses interactive activities to examine the why, where, and how of applying to college, identify pertinent requirements and deadlines, further develop problem-solving skills, and help students envision a realistic college experience tailored to their needs, skill level, and interests. With these factors in mind, students will be guided through the process of completing college applications and FAFSA financial aid forms and writing their application essays with confidence and clarity.
