Here's the twisting, turning explanation...at a time when I was particularly cash-strapped, I had these volumes cheaply published. So cheaply done that they don't even have bar codes on them. Thus, they are not available for selling publicly. I gave a few copies to friends and family, and that was that. It's just a matter of making them "official". And so, those volumes await for me to rescue them from limbo. In the meantime, enjoy Volume 4!
