Roku the orca and Tanza the mermaid are reunited in this delightful sequel to the first book–but this time it’s set in Seattle! They sneak in with some boats going through the crowded Ballard Locks and then they keep swimming and find themselves in some fresh water fun on Lake Washington interacting with lots of humans. Evening sets in and Roku’s family expects him back but he doesn’t want to go back the way he came so they both end up getting a ride from a helicopter instead.
