It's hard to be different, as Angel, a little girl with Cerebral Palsy, knows. Angel has her best friend, Rosie, puppy named Chocolate, and Mama, who she loves very much. But one thing is missing from her life...
One day, Angel finds a magical ribbon that makes her dream to walk and talk come true. But when they get home, the ribbon is gone. Will she ever find it and be able to run outside with her friends?
As a woman who has Cerebral Palsy, I always wanted to write this fairy tale for children aged 5-8. I believe it would be an excellent lesson for any child to learn that a child with any disability can play the same way as he/she does. I also believe that my fairy tale would be a pleasant escape for those who have Cerebral Palsy.
