Finally, at the end of the book, I felt the need to include a daily care plan for morning, afternoon, evening, and bedtime to get you in the habit of checking in and out with Christ all through the day.

This care plan was originally just for me, and once I began to do the work, discipline myself in the Lord, and read my Bible every day, people notice the difference even my mother noticed it.
