In Where Leadership Begins, Dan Freschi explores psychiatrist Dr. William Glasser's choice theory and how it underlies all our relationships, especially as leaders. He discusses the five main choices we make as leaders: choosing to be self-aware, to be authentic, to be humble, to be vulnerable, and to be courageous, and why those choices are instrumental to our transformation as leaders.

Throughout the book, Dan shares some of his own choices that shaped his own evolution as a leader.
