Two detectives. . .One Paranormal Research Team. . .And a Ghost. The murder of an unpopular actor on the stage of the Springer Opera House in Columbus, Georgia stirs up more than local gossip. As Ginnie Ashton and Kevin Withers strive to solve the case, they find themselves being interrupted by strange noises and cold breezes where there should be none. At the same time, Ginnie's husband, Josh and his fellow Fountain City Paranormal Research members are conducting an investigation in the theater. They are joined by the ghost of Edwin Booth, the brother of the infamous John Wilkes Booth, who wants them to help him solve the murder of a little girl in 1876.

Together, the detectives, the paranormal research group and the ghost solve two murders, demonstrate the unchanging nature of evil and bring peace to both the living and the dead.
