Halloween is here and everyone in the spirit, all except a boy named Rick.

Rick has an anxiety disorder that causes him to have panic attacks when he is nervous or afraid, something that the other students like to make happen. They frighten him to cause these attacks, which Luis has noticed. He sees the pain that Rick is in and decides that he could use a little assistance from the Crow. As the Crow sees it, they like making Rick afraid.

But it is Halloween, it's Rick's turn to make everyone else afraid.
