She is no stranger to life transitions, having relocated to the United States from Ghana in her youth. Georgina overcame many obstacles which got her to where she is today. Georgina Twumasi is a psychiatric APRN and founder of her private practice company, "Psych on Demand," located in Manchester, CT. She believes that good mental health is one of the keys to unraveling many of our sufferings. As a nurse practitioner, Georgina Twumasi uses psychotropic medications and therapeutic modalities which help achieve goals that bring peace. Her holistic approach focuses on the mind, body, and soul, which led to the POD IV vita-infusion lounge and MedSpa. Georgina has over ten years of experience working with both inpatient and outpatient procedures. She also handles patients with various ethnicities, cultures, sexual orientations, ages, spirituality, and belief. She is also the founder/CEO of "4 Women's Foundation, Inc." which focuses on supporting abused and battered women and providing advocacy for the diverse mental health needs of women and men as well.
