Killer Lead: A Duplicate Bridge Club Mystery

In Alpine, Alabama, the Bridge Club is the place to be. It may be a small town, but they play games every day, and all the big names in town like to compete. Recent young widow, Gracie Thies, is not a big name in Alpine. In fact, she hasn’t lived there in 15 years and had never planned to come back because of the embarrassing way she left. Needing a place to settle and get her life back together after her husband’s unexpected death, Gracie has come home to spend time with her grandmother. Her Mamaw loves to go to the Bridge Club, and Gracie has been playing as her partner. However, when Gracie discovers a body after a club meeting and is suspected of murder, the bridge fun stops and the old rumors start again.To clear her name, Gracie will have to confront her past, forgive old wrongs, make amends, and, of course, play bridge.
