After several months of incessant barking, Mayhem sadly passes on from old age. A short time later, the author meets with his doctor to discuss some serious issues concerning the results of his blood test, and suddenly realizes that his friend was trying to warn him of a serious and impending health issue that was growing quickly and maliciously inside of him.
