This book is meant to assist teachers whose mother tongue is not English, who, themselves, might have learned their English as a second language. In my career, I have often had to be a guide in both the use of the language and the teaching methodology. This is not to say native speakers of English will not benefit from the contents of this book. I consider myself a natural user of English.

This book is an attempt to simplify the more common aspects of English grammar and ways to convey the meaning and teaching of these aspects. I have incorporated the principle of real estate agents; i.e., Location, location, location.
