Stefan Nowak witnessed a crime over twenty years ago in the last years of Russian occupation of Poland. While in prison, the criminals have been recruited into the Russian mafia. They are more dangerous than ever. They want their revenge for the years lost in jail and the perceived safe passage for criminal activities.
