I pray I could have arms and legs to play with the children and teach them many things … It’s easy for all of us to overlook the small blessings sprinkled along our path daily. In writing this first issue of Peter the Penny, and the many journeys he will encounter, I realized what a perfect way to teach our children to look for them, to acknowledge them, and most importantly, to appreciate them. It’s wonderful to let them voice the many small good things they see in a world full of much disarray and chaos.
