With that always add value mindset, he built a number of great connections that helped him on his path to creating his own agency. After originally opening its headquarters in Orange County, California, Josh’s agency, Channel Bakers, now has offices in the Philippines and the UK, providing a truly global service for brands to increase their sales across all sales channels, not just Amazon. As of 2020, Channel Bakers has 130+ employees and has managed over $250MM in Amazon ad spend since their bootstrapped start in 2015.
