He leads an ordinary, unexciting life, that is, until the fateful morning when he finds his young coworker, Megan, brutally beaten to death in her apartment under very troubling circumstances. Dissatisfied with the routine investigation, Greg decides to find the killer himself, although a grouchy detective makes it abundantly clear that Greg's help is not needed or wanted! As the case develops, Greg unexpectedly discovers a new love in his life in Jenna, a nurse who is one of his condo neighbors.
