This book is an account of journalist and documentarist Guido Ferrari’s journey to discover the great secret that lies within us: there is an indestructible harmony in us, full of joy and beauty. In his account of his journey to the source, he revisits turning points in his life, allowing memories, dreams, and visions to emerge and reflecting on them. Along the way, Ferrari meets great personalities such as the Dalai Lama, Eugene Ionesco, Simon Wiesenthal, Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, Matthieu Ricard, and many more. This book recounts his experiences of meditation with great lamas, various states of consciousness, multidimensional reality, UFOs, psychoanalysis, Buddhism, and shamanism. Dealing with topics that have universal value, A Long Journey will interest those of any spiritual tradition.
