Chaos ensues when billionaire Thomas Stallworth, Chicago's leading breast reconstruction surgeon, has to stop his brother's wedding in Las Vegas.

Thomas needs to reveal a shocking secret the bride is hiding, which will create a rift between the brothers. Worse yet, Thomas drunkenly gets married after the bachelor party to the bride's cousin and must annul the union without anyone finding out.

The bride has an agenda of her own and curtails Thomas's efforts with the one bridesmaid who would hate him the most.

Ashley Uxer, a breast cancer survivor who chose not to reconstruct, attends her cousin's wedding. After the bachelor party, she finds herself drunkenly married to the handsome groomsman she has been led to believe is a plastic surgeon whose specialty is rhinoplasty.

In this romantic comedy, Thomas and Ashley lose the bride's wedding ring, their emotional baggage, and their hearts in Las Vegas.
