My Exodus: My Journey to Freedom tells the story of a journey to overcome the giant of mental illness through God’s grace and mercy. Anxiety, depression, mania, headaches, and low self-esteem kept Liza trapped in an unfamiliar and dangerous world for many years. It wasn’t until she took a bold stance and praised her way through the storms of life that positive change began to occur in not only her life, but the lives of those she loved.
