In the Presence of the Lord: And Other Sermons from the Psalms and the Prophets

In the Presence of the Lord is a collection of 27 sermons based on scripture texts from the Psalms and 10 of the prophetic books. The sermons were preached in Navy chapels and civilian churches over a period of more than 10 years. This book is one of three Old Testament volumes of sermons that will eventually be published. The series will eventually number 11, with a volume for each of the four Gospels, two from the Letters of Paul, and two volumes focused on Christmas and Easter, respectively.This volume provides five indices to assist the reader to make the most of the material inside.
