Any nation or group controlling this system would be able to dominate the globe, making it a takeover target. OPS resists efforts by nations and groups to take over or destroy it. Enlisting the assistance of the Fantasmas, a team of assassins, to battle these foes, the clashes become deadly, risking conflict with humanity.
