Magical Cave Guardians: The Tale of Two Coyotes

Cassie said, I’m scared. It’s dark down here. Where are we? Then, all of a sudden, they fell into water. They went under and plopped back up and started dog-paddling. A light started coming toward them from under the water. No, it was a white log floating up toward them.

Chase said, Get on. It’ll be like riding a surfboard. The large log came up under them, allowing them to stand on it. Lightning bugs sparkled all around their heads. The log wiggled! Both of the pups jumped in the air and came back down on the log.

What…what was that? asked Cassie.

Chase was looking at the log. All of a sudden, at the end of the log, a large head appeared. This is not a log! We need to get off! screamed Chase.
