Bill Evers, former special forces soldier and mercenary, is called upon by his mentor, Buddy Smith to track down and eliminate a plot by the world’s elite to institute eugenics on a global scale. Coupled with his military background, Evers is also renowned for his hand-to-hand combative skills, having trained in Yoshukai Karate and judo. He has been trained as a killing machine, but this will test his skills like the jungles of Africa and the rainforests of South America could not!
