She weaves creative and practical teaching ideas with theory on how to most substantially impact adult learners while providing a respectful environment. The Dance of Teaching Childbirth Education will hold a special place in the hearts of so many people. This was the last book that Connie Livingston collaborated on before her sudden passing in 2016. Julie Jensen has done an outstanding job of taking the vision they both held and making it happen. This book is an excellent resource for new educators. It really walks the reader through the process of creating a class. The authors were able to incorporate pitfalls of many educators with solutions and ways to keep up with the world as it is today.
