I found Julie’s book to be a tremendous resource for teaching birth education. She weaves creative and practical teaching ideas with theory on how to most substantially impact adult learners while providing a respectful environment. Julie Jensen has done an outstanding job of taking the vision they both held and making it happen. This book is an excellent resource for new educators. It really walks the reader through the process of creating a class. The authors were able to incorporate pitfalls of many educators with solutions and ways to keep up with the world as it is today.
