An organization of well funded survivalists decided years ago to prepare for the end of civilization by building impenetrable shelters. When they did, they unknowingly left a legacy for a small band of survivors brought together by chance to have survived in a shelter on an island near the coast of South Carolina. Most of the world’s population is dead, yet on the coast of South Carolina and in the harbor of the beautiful city of Charleston, this group of survivors is determined to cling to life and is given a second chance when they learn the secrets of the shelters.
