When a series of strange thefts sweeps through town, Shelby knows she’s not the only one trying to get rich quick. Always on the lookout for a good mystery, Shelby abandons her quest for gold to hunt for the thief.
Clues lead her up and over the Chilkoot, along the same path thousands followed on their quest for gold in 1898. Convinced she is on the right trail, Shelby knows that to prove she’s right, she will have to make a fool of herself.
