A summer in Alaska’s wilds would offer plenty of adventure for most kids, but not for 12 year old Shelby Drake and her brother Cole who are always on the lookout for excitement. They’ve been in Alaska’s capital, Juneau, less than a day when they find a century-old mystery trapped in a chunk of glacier ice.

With their first clue in hand, they set off on a hunt they hope will lead them to hidden treasure, but they are not the only ones on the trail. They’ve got to move fast to find the treasure before the man in the Juneau sneakers gets it–or them–in his clutches.
