Resource Consultants Inc. (RCI), a company with one of its plants in Maryland, Virginia, looked like an everyday warehouse with hard-working employees coming and going. What was actually taking place behind the scenes was supposed to be concealed from the average employees’ eyes and also from the occasional passerby. But, was it? Many wonder how all the dark secrets came to be revealed. Did someone intentionally cause a leak?
