Freud y Lacan afirman que la muerte confronta al deudo con un agujero que puede perder su borde, su circunferencia, sus barreras protectoras, y chuparlo , cual agujero negro. De las posibles maneras de contornear tan inevitable fractura y su concomitante angustia devendra lo que la autora define como operacion subjetivante del duelo.
