If you have a small group you meet with weekly this format could work well as an icebreaker to open up the meeting for discussions about the selected scripture text. If you can spend time to read daily that’s great! But if you want to go at a slower pace and spend time with a text until you have gleaned from it everything you desire or need, that’s great too.
