This workbook is made available to employees and supervisors of both governmental and non-governmental organizations. This workbook may be used generally or specifically given to all, some, or problem employees. All would benefit, including supervisors who, more likely than not, should use the workbook prior to having subordinates go through the program. There is nothing to be afraid of. It is a matter of practicing what one preaches. A leader leads by example from the tip of the spear.
Organizations whether a place of employment or through social, familial, or interpersonal relationships, regardless of size, face problems. Problems may arise from the very structure of the organizations to the behavior of those involved.
We are responsible for our actions, so we must first conquer ourselves. It does not matter the task, or the sex of the person or people involved. Therefore, it becomes necessary to learn our limitations.
Matriarchal and patriarchal functions cannot exist without the other. Differences exist and we all live within both. The well-spring arises from our deep unconscious and thus we need to first reach into our hidden inner being. To balance ourselves it is best to initially contemplate ethical Aphorisms to where our life exists.
This course takes time. It is not an in-house endeavor. It is for personal improvement to keep and only shown, not given, to the supervisor as being completed. It is better for the person whoever they may be, and whatever the problem they may posit to the organization.
Everyone has a Wounded Child. It is their secret and to be kept that way. It usually occurs around the ages of 6 to 8, sometimes involving the opposite sex, public in front of others, that creates a sense of humiliation. This Wounded Child lives within every one of us for a lifetime, and influences our judgments, decisions, and behaviors throughout our entire lifetime.
Yet the reader already knows what their Wounded Child is. Work with it. Play with it. Digest it. And help others with theirs, by letting them go through the process for themselves.
