Proudly They Served

This is the story of Nathan Collins, a career Coast Guardsman who saw duty all around the world during World War Two and in Korea. He was severely wounded in action three times and retired from the service when he lost an arm in Korea. Eventually, he studied to be a forester. Throughout his military career, his love for a female physician became an emotional obsession that time slowly erased.
