Bearing the scars of defeat, Erik must now race to protect his home from the powerful enemies that have declared war on his family. Outnumbered and outmatched he must hold off the advancing horde until help arrives. To fail would bring the destruction of the Middle Kingdom, and all that he holds dear. Meanwhile, Al must finally deal with his brother Threnton, King of the dwarves of Roegudok Hall, if he is to have any chance to restore the Keeper of Secrets and help Erik survive the impending onslaught.
