At times, they go as far as imposing the ultimate punishment on those who have committed wrongdoing! Most countries worldwide eventually adopt and successfully implement this process. However, it gives rise to unforeseen problems and challenges that go beyond the scope of legislation at the time. One of the challenges that arise for this type of system is the formation of groups and organizations of automobile racing enthusiasts in the vintage style of the old era. These individuals meet together in far-flung locations on an annual basis, and while they are reminiscing, they acquire and sell old automobiles and the spare components for those automobiles. At the same time, attractive and entertaining copmpetitions were also held, which were contrary to the rules standards of that time in every respect. Regardless, these gatherings will eventually become a significant issue for the system.
