The bulk of this book was created in 1997 & 1998 via automatic writing in the dark with my eyes closed. When I would wake up in the middle of the night I would write down what was presented to me on paper on the floor beside my bed with a pen or pencil from my nightstand. It is hard to believe but that is what happened to me.
