Niles Beach

Thomas M. Quinn's legacy as a Fordham Law School professor and civil rights activist are legendary. Now his widow, Anita, also illuminates his spiritual life. The eldest son of an undertaker, Quinn went on to serve his country in World War II China, become a Jesuit priest, leave the order, and at age forty-six, build a new life.

Before, during, and after the priesthood, he constantly rebalanced the earthly and divine dimensions of his life.
