After Normalcy: In Pursuit of Stability: Selected Poems 1997-2017

AFTER NORMALCY: IN PURSUIT OF STABILITY, a selection of 160 poems, is drawn from my previous twelve books of poetry. My body of work employs a diversity of approaches to a common goal of understanding mental health. It uses literature as an instrument to meditate upon the challenges to function with a vulnerable brain. This book aims to help those struggling to cope with their own issues of illness. It also intends to offer perspective to family and friends. With light often coming after the darkness, these poems offer optimism in the context of experience, always featuring the possibility of improvement.
