Sometimes, quick thinking can mean the difference between life and death. Other times, it can mean the difference between life and the total annihilation of all existence. After respawning in Khertaan, Slithy the Frogkin Mentalist and Martial Artist gains a special quest to boost her to level thirty, an achievement necessary for her to be an effective fighter in the war against Seth the Destroyer on Earth. She's on her way to fulfill the quest when her support AI announces an emergency System update that will throw Slithy out of Khertaan indefinitely. With not even an estimated time for update completion, it's possible Slithy and avatars across Khertaan will never reach that all important level thirty. Can she find a way to fulfill her special quest... in time to make a difference?

The fifth and final installment in the Head Hoppers series, Dread Naughts brings to a close the story of the war waged by Seth the Destroyer and his high-powered hordes against Earth, Khertaan, Destin, and other worlds in alternate timelines.
