These adaptations of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass are faithful to Lewis Carroll’s original text except this edition is in the stacked prose format instead of being boxed in paragraphs. The pages are divided into two columns of text and the lines are short and often divided by punctuation such as a comma, period, or question mark, etc., which can make for fast and easy reading. This stacked prose format adaptation breaks up lines of text in the way you would read them aloud and is ideal for speed reading, reading aloud, and dramatic reading. Empty lines are inserted instead of paragraph indents. This adaptation makes the story easy to read without the hyphenation of words at the ends of lines.
