It is critical that teens are able to identify and understand the vast number of negative feelings in "The Uncomfortable Zones" and know how to achieve positive feeling within "The Comfortable Zones". The hurtful behavior of others has a profound affect on our ability to live our lives in peace and harmony. Without proper wisdom and guidance the task become very confusing.
