GOBLET MAKER’S WIFE: The seventeenth century was a time of change rivalling all past centuries. A child bride and a frontier adventurer traverse the Atlantic to enjoy life in the first Canadian community formed by Europeans. This is a story-line expounding archaic mythology with extensive character development. Anne was married at twelve years old to Jean, a young man known on two continents as the Gobloteux - the goblet maker. Three- quarters of a million people are descendants of this unique couple.
