The Letter Box: An Entire Year of Illustrated Letters

It seems that writing letters has become a lost art, giving way to emails and text messages. But there is something special and more personal about a letter. It is a glimpse into someone else’s life that you’re allowed to enjoy.The Letter Box started out as an idea, not to resurrect the art of writing letters, but to share through letters the love and beauty that graces my life every day. I have always been prone to musing about things, moving slowly through life, often distracted by the tilt of a flower stem or the opalescent hues of a winter sunrise. As an artist and a writer, I like to record those precious joys to share with others who may need to slow down a bit, or who need a lift.The Letter Box is a whole year of letters, each illustrated with my watercolours and with delightful photos, and written with you always in mind.
