The Australian Alchemist: Book 1: The Awakening

I learnt the spiritual journey had nothing to do with being nice.

It was about being real and authentic. Having clear boundaries. Honouring my space first and others second.

Whilst being in this space of self-care, kindness flowed naturally. This was motivated by LOVE and not by fear.

At the age of thirty, I was diagnosed with cancer. This was when I learnt to come out of my head and into my heart. My decision-making came from a completely different place.

Alignment occurred, supporting my truth, health, happiness, wisdom, and LOVE. Transformation came through a process of letting go, trusting, and self-healing. Affirmations, meditations, and rituals were just the beginning of a heart-centred way of living.
