Inspired by a kangaroo passing by her house, Pheobe makes a toy kangaroo and decorates him with rick rack. While Phoebe is busy, Rick Rack Roo, feeling lonely, hops off and meets a Koala, a Kookaburra, a baby penguin, and an echidna. He helps each of them solve a problem by sharing some of his rick rack and learns that helping others is better than sitting around feeling sorry for himself.
